The Opportunity

Cleanaway is seeking a specialised UKG/Kronos Test Analyst to join our Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working within a complex workforce environment, you will be responsible for testing and validating pay rules within UKG/Kronos to ensure payroll outcomes align with Enterprise Agreement provisions and business requirements.

This role is ideally suited to someone who understands payroll systems, Enterprise Agreements and workforce management processes and enjoys investigating issues, validating outcomes and working through complex testing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and validation of UKG/Kronos pay rules and system changes.
• Review payroll outcomes and investigate discrepancies, issues and exceptions.
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements and industrial conditions to support accurate payroll configuration and testing.
• Document testing results, provide recommendations and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support payroll system enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

You will have:

• Demonstrated experience working with UKG/Kronos, including testing, validation or payroll systems administration.
• Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements, awards or complex payroll conditions.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed deadlines.
• Experience working in payroll, workforce management or HR systems within a complex environment.
