About the Program 

Our Graduate Program combines practical experience with exposure to the scale and complexity of a national business.

Over two years, you'll: 

• Gain broad exposure to finance and accounting activities across a large and complex organisation.
• Build practical experience working with financial data, reporting, analysis, transactions and business processes.
• Develop your understanding of the systems, controls and processes that support effective financial management and decision-making.
• Contribute to day-to-day activities and team initiatives in a practical, hands-on environment.
• Be part of a graduate cohort with a shared onboarding and development experience.
• Receive structured learning and professional development opportunities.
• Be supported by leaders, mentors and program peers.
• Build a strong professional network across the organisation.

What We're Looking For 

We're looking for motivated graduates who are genuinely interested in building a career in Finance. You'll be dependable, take ownership of your work and deliver accurate work to deadlines. You'll also be curious, open to feedback and willing to ask questions as you learn.

You'll be comfortable working with financial information, spreadsheets, data and reports. You'll also be confident using Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems will be well regarded but isn't essential.

We're particularly interested in graduates from Business, Commerce, Actuarial Studies or Accounting. Strong applicants from Economics or Data Analytics backgrounds will also be considered, as will candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications.

Previous work experience, including part-time employment, internships or work-integrated learning, will be highly regarded. We're interested in the skills and behaviours you've developed through your experience, not just your academic results. An interest in pursuing further relevant professional qualifications, such as CA or CPA, will also be viewed favourably.

Eligibility 

To be eligible, you must: 

• Have completed, or be due to complete, a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualification before the program commences in February 2027. 
• Be an Australian/New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident. 
• Be available to commence the program in February 2027.
• Be willing to travel as required throughout the program.
