The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Partner to join our Collections Finance team. This role is ideal for an experienced Accountant looking to broaden their commercial exposure and transition into a true business partnering position.

As a Finance Partner, you will support operational stakeholders by providing financial insights, performance analysis and decision support, while maintaining responsibility for key financial reporting and governance activities. You will work closely with operational leaders, Commercial Business Partners and Corporate Finance to drive performance and support strategic business initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and process month-end journals and support period-end reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial Business Partners to provide meaningful performance reporting and analysis.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Partner with operational and administrative teams to support day-to-day financial requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial data for monthly reporting packs.
• Liaise with Corporate Finance and other stakeholders to support reporting and governance requirements.
• Provide accurate financial information and insights to support effective business decisions.
• Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted finance advisor.

About you

You may be an experienced Accountant or Finance professional looking for your next step to move into a more commercially focused environment.

You’ll ideally bring:

• CA or CPA qualified, with relevant accounting and commercial experience within manufacturing, logistics or similar industry exposure advantageous.
• Strong financial reporting, month-end and analytical capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Sound judgement, critical thinking and the confidence to work independently.
• A proactive and resilient approach, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
