The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving profitable growth. Partnering closely with sales, operations and finance, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and support pricing strategies that maximise value for both our customers and the business. If you love analysing data, influencing decisions, and uncovering opportunities others miss, we'd love to hear from you.

Additionally, you will be responsible for;

• Partner with sales, finance and operational teams to deliver commercial insights that support profitable growth.
• Develop and support value-based pricing strategies, frameworks and best-practice processes.
• Analyse customer, market and competitor data to provide pricing recommendations and commercial guidance.
• Build pricing and cost models, supporting tenders while identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
• Deliver pricing reporting, data analysis and performance insights to key stakeholders.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities across customer segments, pricing structures and service offerings.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories that influence business decisions and outcomes.

About You

You're a commercially minded analyst who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and influencing business outcomes. Naturally curious and detail-oriented, you're confident challenging assumptions, asking the tough questions and identifying opportunities for improvement.  You'll also bring:

• Experience in a Pricing Analyst or similar commercial analytics role within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance analytical thinking with practical business outcomes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with exposure to analytical and reporting tools.
• Experience developing financial, pricing or commercial models and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
