No heavy vehicle driving experience required. We'll provide paid training, mentoring and support to help you become a safe and professional driver.

What you'll do

• Learn to operate rear and side lift collection vehicles
• Collect waste and recycling across metropolitan Melbourne
• Complete vehicle safety checks and inspections
• Work outdoors in a safety-focused environment
• Deliver great customer service as part of a supportive team
• What we're looking for
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with strong safety awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
• Interested in building a long-term career

Minimum requirements

• Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence held for 24+ months
• Minimum 8 demerit points available
• Able to pass medical, drug and alcohol testing
• Available for early starts from 4:30am
• Reliable transport and physically fit for operational duties
