The Role
As the Store Communications Specialist you will contribute to the efficient flow of operational information and tasks between support centre and stores by ensuring communications and processes are clear, relevant and of high quality to allow our store teams to deliver service like no other.
What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
Driving Commercial & Operational Achievement
- Draft and publish all store-facing communications between support centre, brand partners and stores.
- Manage policy and process documentation, ensuring clarity and adherence to templates and style guides.
- Utilise capability of internal task and communications platform to improve efficiency and implement new processes.
- Produce and maintain reporting related to store compliance.
- Support back-end administration of task and communications platform, ensuring data held in system is accurate. Investigate and escalate issues identified, ensuring resolutions are implemented.
- Support communication planning for recurring major events and peak trading periods.
- Draft and review store trading hours in line with profitability, centre requirements and legislation.
Customer Obsessed & Delivering Service Like No Other
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, relevance and appropriate timelines in communications and tasks issued to stores.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support centre teams on store processes and relevant communications channels.
- Effectively troubleshoot issues, provide advice and liaise with subject matter experts to resolve and clearly communicate actions to stores.
- Efficiently respond to queries from stores regarding policy, procedure and relevant systems.
