Supports all academic, student, campus/community, and athletic events scheduled in these buildings through setup, take down, clean up, and custodial services for events and office spaces. CCHS - Assistant Professor/Associate Professor Family Medicine Psychiatry– Renewable Contract - 526283
Assistant or Associate Professor. Family Medicine with Psychiatry – Responsibilities will include duties in the Department of Family Medicine, including teaching medical students and residents in clinical training, research and scholarly activity as well as providing direct patient care, with an emphasis in a rural outpatient/ambulatory and inpatient primary care setting. The Custodial Project Worker performs restorative, intermediate, and routine maintenance on all types of soft and hard floor surfaces. Provides technical skills and knowledge of the equipment, techniques, and procedures needed to respond to emergencies and special cleaning problems. Ensures proper chemical mixing and usage of stripper, proper application and removal of stripper off baseboard, proper brush selection and usage, proper rinsing and testing procedures.

The Groundskeeper provides basic labor for landscape and flower installation and maintenance. Works outdoors in all types of weather. Drives University vehicles such as trucks, golf carts, mowers, and tractors from site-to-site.
Administrative Assistant II - 526266
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
OSP Grant and Contract Specialist II - 526272
The OSP Grant and Contract Specialist II assists researchers and staff in the review and processing of sponsored project proposals and budgets under moderate supervision. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and Local government regulations related to pre-award and/or post-award sponsored project activities. Provides oversight and review of grant and contract activities prepared by the researchers and their administrative teams and provides resolution on moderately complex matters. Reviews and approves proposals with responsibility for timely submission to the sponsor. May provide training to OSP and college level staff, including use of electronic research administration systems and regulatory requirements. Serves as the liaison between the University and the sponsor.
Postdoctoral Fellow - 526263
The Postdoctoral Fellow provides for an internship and continuation of scholarly activity and research after achieving the PhD or other doctoral degree under the direction of a senior faculty member who serves as a mentor for the postdoctoral appointee.
HVAC Mechanic I - 525834
The HVAC Mechanic I assists in the operation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial cooling, heating, and refrigeration equipment to include water chillers, cooling towers, pumps, lab equipment, ventilation, air distribution systems, and associated controls. Makes routine inspections. Interprets plans and blueprints. Drives from site to site.
Plumber Utility Mechanic II - 525929
The Plumber Utility Mechanic II performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the heating, plumbing, mechanical piping and structural steel trades. Fabricates, installs, maintains, and repairs heating, plumbing, mechanical piping systems, structural steel, package boiler equipment and water treatment, kitchen equipment, auxiliary equipment, steam, water, gas systems and other building mechanical equipment; auxiliary equipment, steam, water, sewers both sanitary and storm, irrigation systems gas and air systems and other building mechanical equipment; above and underground steam, domestic water, HVAC (chilled and hot water), sanitary and storm distribution systems; firing, tending and maintaining pressure boilers to supply heat for buildings and domestic hot water. Makes limited estimates from on-site inspections. Provides work leadership to other trades personnel. Drives from site to site.
