The Research Computing Library Specialist leads a team of undergraduate Data and Informatics Student Assistants that support faculty and students with computational related research including teaching coding workshops, developing tutorials (computational notebooks, blogs, videos, etc.), and assisting researchers with custom scripts for programmatic acquisition of information, data manipulation, data analysis, data visualization, and high-performance computing. Trains student programmers. Monitors student goals and projects. Assists with student led workshops. Provides code reviews and feedback on student developer projects. Assists faculty and students with individual computing projects. Maintains the University Libraries computational related online projects and workshop repositories.
Assistant Director Corporate and Foundations Relations - 526843
The Assistant Director of Corporate and Foundations Relations assists the Director maximize philanthropic support for UA’s priority funding needs by developing, building and strengthening key alliances with corporations and foundations.
Prospect Research Analyst I - 526844
The Prospect Research Analyst I assists in identifying and providing research information on individual, corporation, and foundation major gift prospects to assist individuals within and outside the University who conduct University advancement programs. This research is vital to successful advancement activities of the President, Vice President for University Advancement, Associate Vice President for Development, Deans, and Development Officers in the University's colleges, schools, and other divisions.
Administrative Assistant II - 526839
The Administrative Assistant II provides administrative support for the operations of unit. Performs moderately complex and well documented administrative tasks. Acts as office liaison/receptionist. Receives and routes phone calls, emails, and/or guests. Maintains files and enters data. Drafts and sends communications on supervisor/departmental staff behalf. Reconciles P-Card/Concur for other staff/faculty against departmental budget. Performs some simple budget monitoring/entry. Operates standard office equipment such as personal computers, copiers, fax machines, etc.
Medical Scribe - UMC Clinics - 526836
The Medical Scribe documents the dictated patient medical history, including physical examination, procedures, assessments, lab results, treatment plans, and any other information pertaining to the patient's encounter in the clinical setting.
