The Student Assistant assists customers in purchasing tickets for athletic events, both in-person and over the phone. Provides guidance on seating options, event details, and pricing to ensure customers find the best-suited tickets for their needs. Responds to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Handles difficult situations with empathy. Provides resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Processes ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently. Uses ticketing software and systems to maintain accurate records. Ensures smooth box office operations.
