Digital Content Reporter and Producer - Alabama Public Radio - 529613
The Digital Content Reporter and Producer will work directly under the Digital Content Coordinator within the Digital Media Center to assist the Alabama Public Radio (APR) news team with gathering, creating and producing high-quality multimedia content for broadcast, web and social media platforms. Researches, pitches, and produces creative local content and feature stories that connect deeply with the West Alabama community. Conducts occasional field interviews and utilizes Adobe Audition to edit audio components for radio packages. Translates audio stories into compelling web articles, ensuring all published news stories feature strong photography, accurate captions and engaging video storytelling elements. Utilizes Canva to design professional graphics for social media and web platforms. Collaborates closely with the digital and editorial staff to maintain journalistic standards, update digital archives and assist with additional production tasks on an as-needed basis.
Student Assistant Web Developer - University Libraries - 529616
The Student Assistant Web Developer will use specific skills valued in the field of web application programming. This position will be expected to perform web development in support of the University Libraries FOLIO programming project contributions.

Student Assistant - Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute - 529609
The Student Assistant covers the Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute (AEI) front desk. Answers the phone. Greets visitors. Assists with event setup and take down. Assists with research work with EDGE or AEI, the Growth and Innovation Leaders Forum, and other research projects focused on growth companies or diversity-related topics that drive innovation.
Marketing Student Assistant - Alabama Entrepreneurship Institute - 527238
The Marketing Student Assistant assists EDGE with a variety of marketing tasks. Creates and implements communication strategies on social media, digital signage, press releases, and campus publications. Researches and proposes creative and innovative ideas for AEI/EDGE marketing and branding of events. Creates timelines for marketing events including tangible goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics. Designs flyers and other promotional materials using Canva software or other design programs. The Student Assistant supports the Graduate School Dean's Office by providing customer service to applicants, current students, and department visitors. Processes transcripts and other application materials. Troubleshoots application issues for applicants. May serve as the primary reception.
Summer Operations Manager - Housing and Residential Communities - 529524
The Summer Operations Manager serves an integral role in summer operations facilities management for Housing and Residential Communities. Manages guest relations, customer service needs, and administrative tasks for groups of attendees. Supports new freshman orientation and summer school. REACH Graduate Assistant - Capstone Center for Student Success - 529405
The Alabama REACH Graduate Assistant assists with the collection, organization, tracking, and analysis of program and student success data to support assessment, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This position supports the development of reports, presentations, communication materials, and outcome summaries for internal and external stakeholders while assisting with research related to student success, trauma-informed care, retention initiatives, and underserved student populations.
Student Research Assistant - Alabama Transportation Institute - 529458
About the Project We are conducting a state-of-the-practice review of driver education requirements across the U.S., with a focus on identifying gaps in Alabama's learner's permit materials and driving test content. The project examines how states address newer or complex roadway features — such as roundabouts, diverging diamond interchanges (DDIs), flashing yellow arrows (FYA), and updated signage — in their driver training programs.

Media Assistant Intern - Tuscaloosa Chevrolet - 529176
The Media Assistant Intern for Tuscaloosa Chevrolet captures high-quality photos of inventory for website content, social media, and other marketing platforms. Uploads, organizes, and manages digital files as needed. Transports vehicles to and from other service centers. Additional duties assigned to support the sales, service, and parts teams.
Student Outreach Intern - Summer 2026 - National Alumni Association - 529103
The Summer Intern for the National Alumni Association at The University of Alabama, supports the outreach and information table during Summer Orientation for incoming students. This role involves learning presentation skills from staff, engaging with students, parents, and returning alumni while promoting membership to the Future Alumni Association (students) and National Alumni Association (parents).
Graduate Student Assistant - Student Financial Aid and Scholarships - 529033
The Graduate Student Assistant for Student Employment Services (SES) provides administrative and customer service support to students, parents, and employers regarding on- and off-campus employment opportunities. This position serves as a front-line resource by responding to inquiries through email, telephone, and in-person interactions. The Graduate Student Assistant also supports SES staff with departmental initiatives, outreach efforts, and special projects that promote student employment.
Student Caller - Summer 2026 - National Alumni Association - 528912
The Student Caller calls and speaks with alumni, parents and friends of the institution to raise funds for the National ALumni Associations and the Univeristy of Albama.
Content Tutor - Bill Battle Academic Center - 528934
The Content Tutor for the Bill Battle Academic Center tutors/teaches course content. Guides students in meeting academic deadlines. Assists in the development of general study, planning, and time-management skills. Reviews, discusses, and explains course material in a clear, effective, and creative manner. Conducts test review sessions. Assists entering freshmen, continuing, and international students.
