UNICEF Libya is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented consultant to provide technical support, coordination, and oversight for implementing community-based child protection mechanisms targeting unaccompanied and vulnerable Sudanese refugee children in Libya. The consultant will work closely with the Sudan Embassy, outreach teams, and UNICEF partners to identify, assess, support, and monitor community-level support systems for children. The consultant will also facilitate essential non-food item (NFI) distribution and oversee pre- and post-distribution surveys to assess effectiveness and impact.
