| UNICEF’s Office of Innovation seeks an early-career professional to produce 7-8 engaging videos that explain and promote two Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks. Working remotely and embedded within the Office of Innovation’s MEL and Knowledge Management (KM) team, the consultant will support efforts to strengthen the capacity of innovation actors to adopt an evidence-based approach to scaling innovations. Our mission is to generate evidence on what works, why it works, and how to scale it. From shaping global guidance to data-driven evidence, we bring rigor to innovation. |

| The post will be based in Iraq, with work and travel plans determined jointly by the Country Representatives in collaboration with the Regional Chief of People & Culture. Travel costs and DSA will be covered by the respective country offices where travel occurs. The incumbent will report to the Iraq Co Representative. Performance evaluations will be conducted collectively by the three Country Representatives. In-country P&C teams will report directly to the Multi-Country Chief, People & Culture to ensure alignment and consistency in P&C practices across the countries covered. |
