| UNICEF MENA Regional Office plans to redesign its premises to accommodate a minimum of 200 occupants effective 1 January 2026.
The premises redesign project shall involve civil works, fit out and electromechanical activities at the minimum level.
Within this context, UNICEF Jordan Country Office wishes to enter into a tight schedule for contractual agreement for consultant services within a period of 6-7 months. The services shall start effective end of July/ beginning August 2025.
The construction manager will be responsible for the project preparation and supervision, in coordination with UNICEF design & supervision engineering company, oversee the execution of construction activities for the new office premises, ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The construction manager will be required to work using its own equipment (laptop and mobile equipment). UNICEF shall provide working space and station during the contract period. |
