UNICEF Pacific seeks a proactive International Consultant to support WASH programs across Vanuatu’s six provinces. This 12-month role (22 days/month) involves extensive fieldwork—about 50% of the time—focused on infrastructure assessments, construction supervision, and monitoring. The consultant will work under the WASH Specialist (Water Sector Partnership) in Vanuatu, with support from the broader WASH team in Suva, Fiji. Regular travel, including 1–2 visits per month to outer islands, is required.
