UNICEF Uganda is seeking to engage an international professional to enhance its resource mobilization and donor reporting efforts. We aim to recruit a Partnerships and Reporting Consultant who will strengthen the capacity of the Country Office to produce high-quality donor reports and effectively manage resource partnerships.
The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in meeting essential partnership and donor reporting benchmarks, including achieving UNICEF Uganda’s annual fundraising targets. This work will be conducted in adherence to UNICEF’s global and in-country priorities.

UNICEF Pacific seeks to contract three evaluators/consultants with appropriate skills, expertise and capacities, to work as a team to conduct a formative evaluation of UNICEF VII pooled procurement mechanism in Pacific region countries. The evaluation will assess whether the VII pooled procurement mechanism is achieving the intended cohesiveness, efficiencies, and complementarities within UNICEF Pacific Island countries and territories (PICTs), and whether all efforts are positioned to advance the goal for every child to survive and thrive, with access to nutritious diets, quality health care, nurturing practices and essential supplies. The consultancy is for 140 working days divided between the three consultants, spread over a 5-month period. Contracts will be issued on an individual basis.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive national Consultant. The consultant is expected to 360 days spread over 18 months contract period. The Safeguarding & PSEA Consultant will work closely with the UNICEF Child Protection and Social Behavior Change teams and the Emergency Specialist. The consultant will also collaborate with the Education, Health, Nutrition, and WASH sections to ensure their programmes and activities are strengthened on Safeguarding, PSEA and integrate the UNICEF minimum standards on GBV Risk Mitigation. In Vanuatu, the consultant will also work in close coordination with the safeguarding officer of the local Save the Children team, in a joint program on school rehabilitation after the earthquake. Technical supervision will be provided by UNICEF Pacific PSEA & safeguarding specialist.
