Engagement with external partners will be coordinated through the LEAP Section, which is the single coordination point for private sector engagement across the office.
The assignment does not include representational functions. Convening of the Business Advisory Group, engagement with chief executives, negotiation of partnership terms, conduct of due diligence and all decisions on partnership acceptance are performed by UNICEF staff. The consultant prepares the analysis and documentation on which those staff functions are exercised. The work is organised in four workstreams.
