The Administrative & Finance Associate is responsible for implementing specialized administrative and financial processes requiring sound knowledge of UNICEF rules, procedures, systems and internal controls. The role provides quality assurance, budget and financial monitoring support, payment and invoice processing, office administration, contracting and vendor-related support, and contributes to the continuous improvement of office workflows and client-oriented operations services.
Buscamos um(a) estagiário(a) para contribuir com o trabalho de comunicação realizado no escritório de Manaus. Sob orientação e supervisão da Chefe do Escritório do UNICEF em Manaus e da Especialista em Comunicação do Território Amazônico, irá produzir conteúdo, monitorar a mídia, organizar informações/dados e contatos com parceiros, apoiar a realização de reuniões e eventos, interagindo com a equipe do UNICEF, bem como com parceiros do governo, da sociedade civil e outros profissionais/empresas de comunicação.
