The purpose of this Terms of Reference is to establish a Generic Consultant Roster of technically qualified individual consultants who can be considered for future specialized WASH consultancy assignments supporting UNICEF Pakistan's programme at national and provincial levels.
UNICEF Pakistan seeks qualified consultants across complementary areas of expertise to perform a range of duties in support of UNICEF and government partners, contributing to the development and strengthening of systems that protect children from climate- and disaster-related risks.
Bangladesh continues to face challenges in ensuring learning and skills development opportunities for out-of-school adolescents, particularly in marginalized and vulnerable communities. To address this challenge, Alternative Learning Opportunities (ALO) interventions are being implemented through the Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE) with technical support from UNICEF. These interventions are designed to provide adolescents and youth with flexible learning pathways, literacy, life skills, and employability skills that facilitate their transition to further education, training, and decent work opportunities.
UNICEF requires three (03) Monitoring Assistants to provide technical and operational support to BNFE district teams in planning, monitoring, coordination, documentation, data management and reporting related to ALO implementation. The consultants will strengthen field-level monitoring systems and facilitate evidence-based decision-making for improved programme performance.
The Monitoring Assistants will be based at the BNFE Head Office and will work closely with district and central level BNFE authorities, implementing institutions, training centres, and UNICEF.
UNICEF is seeking a national consultant to provide embedded technical and implementation support to the Ministry of Health's National Nutrition Programme for one year. The consultant will work closely with NNP under the technical leadership of the NNP Head, with UNICEF providing contract management and coordination support.
