• L’accompagnement du district sanitaire et des CSB à améliorer les pratiques de soins, optimiser l’organisation des services et à assurer une offre de services SONU adéquate et coordonnées (entre les CSB et le CHRD) ;
• La formation et l’accompagnement des responsables des districts sanitaires et des agents de santé afin d’améliorer la disponibilité, l’accès et la qualité des SONUB et SONUC. En complémentarité avec les autres interventions dans les districts du projet, notamment le PARN, les acteurs communautaires pourront être concernés par ces formations afin de répondre au même objectif.
• L’identification des obstacles rencontrés dans la mise en œuvre du projet ainsi que le dialogue avec les acteurs de terrain pour trouver et adopter des solutions efficaces et adaptées au contexte local ;
