This assignment aims to strengthen UNICEF’s partnerships with foundations, faith-based organizations and membership-based organizations by supporting resource mobilization, partnership growth and strategic engagement. The consultant will help implement global partnership strategies, build fundraising capacity across UNICEF markets, support partner cultivation and relationship management, and maximize both financial and non-financial contributions from key partners to advance UNICEF’s goals and increase sustainable income.
This assignment aims to strengthen UNICEF’s engagement with foundations and faith-based and membership organizations by advancing strategic partnerships, resource mobilization, and collaboration opportunities. The consultant will support the development of new high-value partnerships, strengthen existing relationships, provide strategic support across the partnership cycle, and help UNICEF maximize partner contributions in funding, advocacy, expertise, influence, and global reach.
Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to supply chain management, business administration, contract/commercial law, finance or relevant technical field. A Bachelor or equivalent (First Level University Degree) may replace 3 years. A Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) may replace an additional 2 years.A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management or a commercial context (contracting, procurement, supply) is required. Experience with contracting services is an advantage.
