Generation Unlimited (GenU) is a global public-private-youth partnership dedicated to expanding opportunities for young people to transition from learning to earning by 2030. Effective operational and administrative systems and tools are critical to ensuring smooth implementation of GenU’s work, enabling timely delivery, coordination, and accountability.
The consultant will deliver time-bound, deliverable-based support to strengthen the operational and administrative systems of the GenU Programme Team. The consultancy will focus on improving workflows, updating tools and templates, and developing clear, transferable processes that enhance efficiency and can be sustained by staff after the consultancy concludes.
Under the joint supervision of the Deputy Director, Programmes, and the Programme Specialist (Girls’ Education and Skills Partnership [GESP] Coordinator), the Consultant will provide programme support to GenU, with a particular focus on GESP.
To document and synthesize lessons learned from UNICEF–World Bank partnerships in fragile and conflict-affected contexts (FCV), focusing on sustaining primary health care systems. The consultant will produce a learning document and agency-specific notes to guide future strategic, operational, and financial cooperation.
