India Country Office is seeking an experienced Fund-Raising Officer (Data & Insights) responsible for coordinating the India CO’s database function, ensuring that data systems support fundraising and programmatic decision-making with integrity, accuracy, and compliance. He/She will be responsible for developing and oversee the implementation of database strategies, manage database administrators, and ensure the optimal performance, security, and accessibility of all data assets.
The JPO will contribute to managing and strengthening partnerships with key public partners through the coordination of high-level advocacy, daily engagement with counterparts, and support to resource mobilization under the supervision of Deputy Team Lead and overall guidance of the Director, Washington DC Office.
The position’s purpose is to provide support in deepening collaboration with key stakeholders and helping to provide an interface for environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and policy influence within the scope of assignment. The key result is to ensure greater visibility for UNICEF and influence in support of its mission.
Positions at the P2/NOB level are considered as supportive roles to higher level professionals that are centered on providing research, analysis and recommendations . The Specialist contributes to the achievement of results according to plans, allocation, results based-management approaches and methodology (RBM), and UNICEF’s Strategic Plans, standards of performance and accountability framework.

Under the general supervision of the Chief Field Office the Programme Associate supports the sections by carrying out a range of programme support functions to help develop, implement and monitor their country programme, ensuring effective and timely delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations. The Programme Associate works in close collaboration with a range of staff in the CO, external partners and agency counterparts in support of programme design and delivery. S/He provides regular feedback on the status of projects through monitoring milestones and advises on improvements to keep activities on track.

To develop a concise, high-impact policy brief for UNICEF, governments, and partners that:
• Summarizes a compelling rationale for prioritizing specific vulnerable populations for VAS delivery;
• Presents a framework for how to identify and target prioritized groups using available data (e.g., maternal characteristics, geographic disparities, zero-dose status, etc.);
• Offers actionable policy and programming recommendations for ministries of health and implementing partners based on established ways to target prioritized children;
• Is aligned with UNICEF’s equity-driven approach and broader efforts to reach zero-dose and underserved populations.
