Building on ongoing reforms, this assignment will strengthen the existing teacher attestation system and develop a performance appraisal framework for teachers and school leaders aligned with professional standards, competency-based education, and the national education quality assurance framework. The assignment will also develop practical tools, guidelines, and capacity-building resources to support implementation and promote continuous professional growth, school improvement, and better learning outcomes.
