The Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Communication Specialist at UNICEF South Africa.
With funding from the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) System Transformation of Education (STEP) for Girls and Learning, the consultant will lead the design and development of a package of interventions that will strengthen pre-primary education in Ethiopia.
