The implementation of an audience-focused marketing-led approach to the engagement of mass-market Individuals audiences is a key pillar of UNICEF Indonesia’s ambitious growth strategy. By achieving a clear understanding of the demographics, behaviours and motivations of specific audience segments UNICEF will then be best placed to create tailored audience-focused products and engagement methods along with integrated supporter journeys. These journeys will span all aspects of the engagement funnel – from pre-acquisition positioning all the way through to ongoing retention, donor care and value maximization. The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical support to the Education & ICDS Departments in Madhya Pradesh to improve data and monitoring systems for contextual planning, monitoring and review.
This includes strengthening of the Vidya Samiksha Kendra focusing on school drop-out, teacher education, ECCE, supportive supervision and other relevant areas.
The Monitoring Specialist provides technical guidance to UNICEF Myanmar to establish a streamlined programme monitoring (including HPM) system and works closely with office’s monitoring and information management officers, enabling evidence-based decision-making. As an essential part of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation function, effective Monitoring Specialist contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of programme implementation and supports the office in achieving its programmatic results. It also contributes to maintaining and enhancing the credibility and ability of UNICEF to fulfil Core Commitments for Children.
The consultancy will deliver defined, measurable outputs to strengthen vaccine management, logistics information systems, campaign supply-chain readiness, outbreak preparedness, monitoring and supervision, and some innovative capacity building initiatives.
