The general aim of this consultancy is to strengthen ongoing reform on child protection in Poland by building capacity of professionals, who provide support to children-victims of violence. The consultancy will aim at implementation of Polish standards for multidisciplinary and interagency (MDIA) services (Barnahus, Barnahus-type or Child Advocacy Centers models). This will contribute to unification of standards of services, reinforcing intersectoral collaboration, and increasing knowledge about this type of support.
These aims will be achieved through developing:
(1) the detailed training programme, based on the standards of MDIA services developed for Poland
(2) three capacity building online modules, for professionals involved in the work of the MDIA services in Poland, selected from the following categories: justice professionals, health workers, social workers, or other professionals working with children-victims of crime.
The consultancy deliverables will be based on the various evidence generation activities conducted within the project (mapping of services, capacity assessment, legal analysis, and the desk review of EU good practices, standards and recommendations for MDIA services in Poland).

This is pertaining to enhancing access to pre-primary education and expansion of Reception Classes in Primary Schools, enhancing the quality of pre-primary and early grades education, cluster-based teacher training and mentoring as well as community mobilization, and advocacy.
The consultant will carry out an independent technical review of the child protection data and knowledge management system, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancement. Besides these recommendations, customized analytical tools and data products will be developed to support real-time data analysis, informing programme planning and adjustments based on programme needs. By the end of the assignment, the child protection data management system will be strengthened and aligned with current programme requirements, while access to analytical insights for both programme staff and government counterparts will be improved.
The International Consultant will provide technical expertise to develop, pilot, and refine the Inclusive Education Programmatic Framework (IEPF) for preschools in Uzbekistan. This will include supporting the establishment of pilot inclusive preschools, testing, and refining the IECPF and associated standards, tools, and processes that operationalize the Whole School Approach to inclusion across three key dimensions of equitable education systems: Access, Participation, and Achievement, and generating evidence to inform scale-up and integration into national policy and professional development systems.
Consultant is expected to work in close collaboration with established teams of experts and consultants already working in inclusive education for general secondary education and a consultant in charge of capacity building component of inclusive preschool education.
