Under the general guidance and supervision of the Chief of Education, the incumbent will play a critical role within the Programme Delivery and Quality Team, conducting Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) assessments of partner organizations, managing safeguarding incidents and concerns involving partners, and supporting safeguarding capacity-strengthening initiatives. The purpose of this consultancy is to establish a climate-informed disease early warning system through integration of epidemiological, meteorological and environmental data streams within, or interoperable with, the national eIDSR/DHIS2 platform. The consultancy will provide the technical foundation, interoperability framework, predictive analytics requirements, governance mechanisms, prototype configuration, and validation results required to operationalize climate-sensitive disease forecasting and early action within Tanzania’s public health surveillance system
