UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (ECARO) is looking for a qualified International Consultant with expertise in youth work and the social integration of vulnerable adolescents, including refugees, to document the scope and strategic importance of outreach models and case management approaches implemented through the PATHWAYS Initiative and Youth Guarantee programmes across selected countries.
Purpose for the job:
Under the direct supervision and guidance of the Construction Manager and the respective Chief of Field Offices (CFO), Kassala, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring all construction activities in Kassala (Schools, Health Centers, warehouses, latrines and institutional WASH facilities.) and providing technical support on managing construction and rehabilitation activities, including support to procurement services.

UNICEF Europe and Central Asia Regional Office (ECARO) is looking for a qualified Data Ingestion and Analytics Consultant to play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of data initiatives for the TransMonEE (Transformative Monitoring for Enhanced Equity) database and website.
The key objectives of this assignment include:
1) A Work Plan between the MoJ and UNICEF with regards to the modernisation of the MoJ’s data system for the Register is concluded, which specifies the desired process, means and outcome which the information management system for the Register is to meet as well as the safety standards and protocols to be put in place.
2) A vendor selected and onboarded to develop, rollout and maintain (temporarily) the agreed upon modernisation solution.
3) The Ministry’s processes and protocols around the register are streamlined whilst also be secured to ensure prompt sharing, verification and storage, whilst not compromising on confidentiality and security.
4) The personnel of the MoJ’s capacity on data protection, cyber security and information management are strengthened.
