En préparation du prochain cycle de coopération UNICEF-Tunisie 2027-2031 et plus particulièrement dans le domaine de l’éducation , le bureau UNICEF Tunisie à travers la section Education et la section planning, monitoring et évaluation compte recruter un expert pour conduire une evaluability assessment de ces 2 programmes afin de permettre de décider quel programme évaluer avant la fin de l’actuel cycle de coopération et de formuler des recommandations pour apporter les ajustements nécessaires pour une évaluation suivant les standards UNEG.
L’evaluability assessment sera utilisée principalement par l’UNICEF et les ministères concernés dans les programmes (le ministère des affaires sociales, le ministère de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle) notamment par la prise de décision concernant la possibilité de procéder à une évaluation en bonne et due forme. Ces programmes sont inscrits dans le Plan National de Développement 2023-2025 et leur mise à l’échelle est déjà prévue.
The Representative serves as the accredited representative of UNICEF in the country and reports to the Regional Director for general direction and oversight. The Representative is responsible for establishing dialogue with the Government to develop the framework of cooperation in the country and for working closely and collaboratively with the Government and national institutions, stakeholders and partners, to develop the Government-UNICEF Country Programme of Cooperation in active support of efforts to advance children’s rights as established under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, other international treaties/frameworks, the SDGs, and UN intergovernmental bodies.
The Representative serves as the accredited Rep of UNICEF in the country and reports to the Regional Director for general direction and oversight. S/he is responsible for establishing dialogue with the Government to develop the framework of cooperation in the country and for working closely and collaboratively with the Government and national institutions, stakeholders and partners, to develop the Government-UNICEF Country Programme of Cooperation in active support of efforts to advance children’s rights as established under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, other international treaties/frameworks, the SDGs, and UN intergovernmental bodies.
UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive consultant. The consultancy is for a period of 200 days over 24 months and is a home-based consultancy assignment with a minimum of one visit each to Kiribati, Vanuatu and FSM for the entire duration of the assignment. The consultant will provide specialized technical expertise in assistive technology procurement, logistics, and supply chain systems playing a critical role in bridging gaps in Assistive Technology (AT) systems in three Pacific countries (Kiribati, Vanuatu and FSM). As well as ensuring the successful implementation of the ATscale programme and supporting PIC governments to achieve long-term sustainability and ownership of AT procurement and supply chain systems. Day-to-day monitoring and supervision of the consultant will be provided by the Procurement Services Specialist at the UNICEF Pacific Multi-Country Office, with overall guidance and supervision from the Chief of Health and Nutrition Unit. The consultant is expected to commence work on 15 January 2026.
The Social Policy Officer would provide technical support and facilitation in all stages of social policy programming and related advocacy, with a primary focus on the design, oversight, and quality assurance of UNICEF’s Humanitarian Cash Transfer (HCT) portfolio by ensuring the effective use and strategic integration of HCT and the development of a dedicated child cash grant as both an emergency response modality and consolidated cash programming within the office.
Under the supervision of the Representative, The Communication Officer will assist in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating an advocacy and communication strategy to get children’s and women’s issues into the public domain, strengthen political will in support of UNICEF's mission and objectives in the country, and enhance the organization’s credibility and brand.

To ensure timely and high-quality research support, the Unit regularly engages specialists with expertise in quantitative and mixed-methods research to contribute to research design, implementation, and data analysis and to provide expert technical services related to quantitative and mixed-methods research activities.
