| Le/la consultant/e en gestion de l’information et mécanisme de feedback communautaire fera partie de l’équipe SBC de l’UNICEF Burundi. Il fournira une expertise technique au sein de l’équipe CREC pour renforcer la qualité des données issues des mécanismes de feedback communautaire au niveau national. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le gouvernement (ministères clés impliques dans la réponse aux urgences sanitaires) et soutiendra les partenaires CREC dans le renforcement des sous-unités « Feedback communautaire » et « sciences sociales ». Le consultant aidera le gouvernement à promouvoir un travail technique collectif et coordonné et des activités connexes tout au long de la réponse aux urgences humanitaires et sanitaires. Dans le cadre de cette mission, le consultant sera mis à la disposition du Centre d'Operations des Urgences de Santé Publique (COUSP). This consultancy sits within the Data Communications and Advocacy team, UNICEF’s specialized function for primarily digital data visibility, advocacy, and audience engagement. | The “Knowledge at UNICEF (K@U)” platform (https://knowledge.unicef.org) provides UNICEF offices with an external UNICEF branded web publishing platform which allows them to easily share UNICEF technical knowledge products and makes it easy for UNICEF partners to access them and engage around them. The platform has been developed to help position UNICEF as a global knowledge leader for children, and ensure that UNICEF as an organization manages, documents, shares knowledge effectively. The platform allows finalized technical content that is already stored on UNICEF’s internal Enterprise Content Management system in SharePoint to be shared publicly through the K@U site ensuring a single source of truth with consistency between internal and external versions of a document.
The platform has been live since January 2023, and pilots are already underway.
The assignment for this consultancy is to assist the KM specialist with the management and rollout of the platform with country and regional offices, and global thematic groups. |

The pharmacist officer in charge of quantification and quality assurance of health products is responsible for providing technical support to the Ministry of Health for the quantification of drugs at the national level and for the ordering as well as planning of the supply and distribution of drugs to targeted Health districts; He is responsible to ensure the coordination of the activities of the European Union project and to maintain contact between the Ministry of Health and the EU project implementing partners in the 7 targeted Health Districts; He is responsible to ensure the coordination between the Ministry of Health, the health regions, the health districts and the implementation partners in terms of drug supply management.
