| The national consultant will lead efforts to ensure that Uzbekistan’s updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) are child-sensitive, aligning with UNICEF’s global guidance and the NDC Toolkit for Children. Additionally, the consultant will support in modelling and analytical work related to National Adaptation Plan (NAP), Biennial Transparency Reports (BTRs), and NDCs. |

| The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical support and coordination to International Consultant in Social Spending analysis with a focus on child budget and disability budget components. The assignment aims to ensure that social protection investments are better aligned with children's needs and rights, as outlined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). This will be achieved through the on-the-job training of Ministry of Finance and Economy and relevant social sector ministry staff, focusing on budget assessment, strategic planning, budget formulation, budget execution and monitoring, and budget reporting. Results of the Assessment will contribute to the Public Spending module of the ongoing CODI Assessment. |

| The consultant will conceptualize and support modeling of a comprehensive, community-based model aimed at prevention of family separation through referral and services to support families with children with special needs and disabilities, and family-based alternative care in Andijan and Tashkent regions. The consultancy will also build the capacity of professionals and caregivers to enhance family- and community-based care, disability-inclusive child protection and development services at the community level. |

| The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national IT Assistant to Support the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) on operation and maintenance of the Disability Identification Information Management System (DMIS). The minimum qualification required is a bachelor's degree in IT, digital systems, coding, and system maintenance with knowledge of PHP, React, and JavaScript with a minimum 1 year of professional experience in Mobile App/MIS system maintenance, system operation troubleshooting, and working with Mobile App/MIS systems management, including generating reports from the system.
