| La province du Tanganyika fait face à trois crises majeures dont les conflits armés ou intercommunautaires ; les catastrophes naturelles et les épidémies. Face à ces urgences, UNICEF et son partenaire la Croix Rouge du Tanganyika travaillent en collaboration étroite avec le gouvernement pour répondre à la situation de mouvement de populations et apporter une riposte et prévention autour des cas de choléra. Une supervision technique proche du partenaire d’implémentation, et un suivi administratif du partenariat sont des éléments majeurs de la réponse d’où la raison de l’ouverture de ce poste de consultant(e) national(e) individuel(e). |

| The Programme Associate (G‑6) is embedded within Education Programme Section, reporting to the Section Chief, Education. This role bridges operational delivery by liaising regularly with multiple units—Programme, Operations, Finance, Supply—and with external partners (government ministries, NGOs, donors). Depending on the programme priorities, the Incumbent may support sector‑specific teams (e.g., Health, Education, WASH) or cross‑cutting portfolios (e.g., humanitarian action, M&E, emergency preparedness). |
