| Under the supervision of the Child Rights Monitoring Specialist and in close collaboration with the Director of the Strategic Planning Office at the Office of the Prime Minister and UNICEF management, the local consultant will: (a) provide technical expertise to support the update of the NDS Human Capital Development pillar, ensuring alignment with emerging priorities identified through the mid-term review process; and (b) support UNICEF Kosovo in mapping partners to strengthen child rights partnerships, including opportunities to leverage public and private financing for children, positioning UNICEF as a catalyst for broader investment in an upper-middle-income context. |
