UNICEF Pacific Consultancy: To conduct a formative evaluation of the UNICEF VII pooled procurement mechanism in Pacific countries (1 Team Leader and 2 Team members), 140 days spread over 5 months

| UNICEF Pacific seeks to contract three evaluators/consultants with appropriate skills, expertise and capacities, to work as a team to conduct a formative evaluation of UNICEF VII pooled procurement mechanism in Pacific region countries. The evaluation will assess whether the VII pooled procurement mechanism is achieving the intended cohesiveness, efficiencies, and complementarities within UNICEF Pacific Island countries and territories (PICTs), and whether all efforts are positioned to advance the goal for every child to survive and thrive, with access to nutritious diets, quality health care, nurturing practices and essential supplies. The consultancy is for 140 working days divided between the three consultants, spread over a 5-month period. Contracts will be issued on an individual basis. |

UNICEF Pacific Consultancy: National Safeguarding & PSEA Consultant Solomon Islands and Vanuatu, 360 days spread over 18 Months

| UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive national Consultant. The consultant is expected to 360 days spread over 18 months contract period. The Safeguarding & PSEA Consultant will work closely with the UNICEF Child Protection and Social Behavior Change teams and the Emergency Specialist. The consultant will also collaborate with the Education, Health, Nutrition, and WASH sections to ensure their programmes and activities are strengthened on Safeguarding, PSEA and integrate the UNICEF minimum standards on GBV Risk Mitigation. In Vanuatu, the consultant will also work in close coordination with the safeguarding officer of the local Save the Children team, in a joint program on school rehabilitation after the earthquake. Technical supervision will be provided by UNICEF Pacific PSEA & safeguarding specialist. |

UNICEF Pacific Consultancy: Investment Case for Improving Food Environment Regulations for Fiji, 95 days spread over 7 months

| UNICEF Pacific is in search of a dedicated and proactive international Consultant. The consultant is expected to work remotely (70 days) with in-country mission to Fiji (25 days) over 7-month contract period. All costs related to the work will be included in the financial proposal and subsequent contract. Overall monitoring and supervision will be provided by Nutrition Manager, UNICEF Pacific Multi-Country Office, in close coordination with Social Policy Specialist.
In light of this, UNICEF in collaboration with the Fiji Ministry of Health and the Consumer Council of Fiji, is seeking a consultant to undertake a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and creating an investment case for two key regulatory measures: the mandatory implementation of FOPNL and UFBMR. |
