| The United Nations Children’s Fund in Cambodia is looking for a national IT Assistant to Support the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) on operation and maintenance of the Disability Identification Information Management System (DMIS). The minimum qualification required is a bachelor's degree in IT, digital systems, coding, and system maintenance with knowledge of PHP, React, and JavaScript with a minimum 1 year of professional experience in Mobile App/MIS system maintenance, system operation troubleshooting, and working with Mobile App/MIS systems management, including generating reports from the system.

| UNICEF Pacific is hiring a Nutrition Officer on a temporary appointment of 364 days, to be based in Honiara, Solomon Islands. Under the supervision of the Maternal & Child Health Specialist, this Nutrition Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for the nutrition programmes/projects in Solomon Islands, from development planning to delivery of results. In doing so, the incumbent implements a variety of technical and administrative programme tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, programme progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of results in maternal, infant, child, and adolescent nutrition programmes/projects with special attention to multiple systems engagement (food, education, health, social protection) and multi-sectoral coordinated actions to reduce the triple burden of malnutrition, including in emergencies. |

| UNICEF Pacific is hiring a WASH Officer (Engineer) at the NOB level to be based in Tarawa, Kiribati. The WASH Officer will report to the WASH Specialist and provide technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the WASH programming process. The WASH Officer will prepare, and implement a variety of technical, management, and administrative tasks, related to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the WASH output results of the country programme. Specifically, this position will provide dedicated WASH engineering expertise to the WASH Programme in the country office including working closely with key government stakeholders and selected contractors in planning of improvement works and to provide close technical oversight and regular reporting of implementation of the construction works. |

National Education Consultant, Belize City, Belize, 11 Months, Office Based

| UNICEF Belize Country Office is seeking an experienced Education Consultant to provide technical and operational support to the implementation of its education programme, with a particular focus on the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Systems Capacity Grant.
The consultant will support programme planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and reporting processes. S/he will work closely with UNICEF staff and partners—including government counterparts, NGOs and UN agencies—to ensure effective delivery of results, support capacity building, and contribute to key initiatives such as curriculum reform, the Safe School Initiative, and GIGA.
Key deliverables include:
An inception report and draft workplan;
A partnership engagement framework and education coalition action plan;
A resource mobilization strategy;
Communication materials to support education advocacy;
Strengthened monitoring and reporting tools and frameworks;
Monthly progress reports and a final comprehensive report with recommendations.
This is a national consultancy, office-based in Belize, with an expected duration of 11 months (July 2025 to June 2026).
We are looking for a candidate with a master’s degree in education, social sciences, public policy, or a related field, and demonstrated experience in education programme management, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilization. Fluency in English and strong writing skills are essential. |
