| UNICEF Lebanon is looking for a qualified consultant to lead the development of the End-of-Year Child Protection Analysis Report 2025. The consultant will support the Child Protection sub-sector, under the coordination of UNICEF and the Child Protection Working Group (CPWG), in producing a high-quality, analytical report that assesses sector performance, analyzes trends, identifies gaps and priority needs, and captures key achievements, lessons learned, and community feedback. Using a mixed-methods approach, the consultant will conduct data analysis, stakeholder consultations, and a review of existing documentation to generate actionable recommendations that inform future planning, coordination, and advocacy efforts in child protection. |

| The primary objective of the consultancy is to support the Ministry throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of MIS design and implementation. The consultant will bridge the gap between policy goals (social welfare) and technical implementation (IT solution), ensuring the system is fit-for-purpose, sustainable, scalable and user-friendly.
The consultant will assess the current MIS landscape, identify gaps in infrastructure and processes, and recommend practical improvements aligned with international best practices. The role also includes hands-on technical guidance to ensure strong system architecture, data governance, security standards, and overall operational readiness. |
