| Under the supervision of the Child Protection Manager, the consultant will serve as the technical focal point on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) within Child Protection and with ad-hoc support for the other sections of the Office. The consultant will provide ongoing technical guidance and support to ensure that MHPSS interventions are appropriately designed, implemented, monitored and adapted in line with international standards and UNICEF guidance.
In particular, the consultant will support implementing partners in assessing psychosocial needs and contextual factors affecting children, adolescents and caregivers, and in structuring psychosocial activities that are responsive to identified needs and operational contexts. The consultant will also provide technical guidance on the collection and analysis of programme data, the documentation of activities and results, and the ongoing adaptation of interventions based on emerging evidence and lessons learned. |

| The Digital Impact Manager - Digital Transformation Strategy Coordinator (Dx Coordinator) will coordinate, track, and accelerate delivery of the Digital Transformation Strategy. Providing technical support to transformation owners on planning and implementation. The role ensures coherent governance, streamlined project execution, portfolio visibility, and alignment across divisions, regions, and country offices. Reporting to the Chief of Operations, the role is responsible for coordinating and driving the implementation of the DX Strategy in alignment with UNICEF’s strategic goals, ensuring coherent execution across all transformation areas. The post supports the development and monitoring of impact metrics aligned with UNICEF’s Integrated Results and Accountability Frameworks, tracks progress, risks, dependencies, KPIs, and orchestrates DX action plans. It also promotes organization-wide ownership of the DX Strategy by engaging divisions, regional and country offices, and enables strong cross‑organizational collaboration. The role also supports clear, consistent articulation of the Digital Transformation Strategy to internal and external stakeholders, translating complex digital and AI‑related concepts into actionable guidance for leadership, divisions, and partners. |
