| Esta consultoría tiene como objetivo brindar asistencia técnica para asegurar la implementación de intervenciones clave en materia de salud y nutrición centradas en la atención primaria de salud, el fortalecimiento de los servicios que proveen intervenciones salvavidas apoyadas por UNICEF, mejorar los sistemas de monitoreo, fortalecer la capacidad local y promover la convergencia de intervenciones de salud y nutrición a nivel local.
Se requieren dos (2) consultores:
1. Oriente que cubra los estados Delta Amacuro, Bolivar y Sucre
2. Occidente que cubra los estados Zulia, Táchira, Apure y Amazonas |

| Contratación de un consultor para realizar una evaluación de los componentes de la cadena de frio local y regional, de diversos estados en Venezuela, mediante la determinación de la capacidad instalada en los puestos de vacunación, Áreas de Salud Integral Comunitarias (ASIC) y almacenes estadales, así como las características de almacenamiento y del personal involucrado en los procesos de conservación y distribución de vacunas e insumos, identificando brechas, fortalezas, debilidades, amenazas y oportunidades de mejora, en el marco de la introducción de la vacuna VPH y la reintroducción de las vacunas contra el rotavirus y el neumococo.
Se requieren 5 consultores, cada uno asignado a un grupo de estados:
