| UNICEF Sri Lanka seeks for an international consultant to work for UNICEF Sri Lanka in coordination with the Ministry of Education (MoE) and National Institute of Education (NIE) and close collaboration with the Provincial Department of Education (PDE), Eastern province, to strengthen the education system to promote 21st Century Skills by: 1) undertaking a literature review of the current in-service and pre-service teacher training programs with a focus on 21st-century skills and 2) developing a comprehensive teacher training package on 21stcentury skills targeting teachers of students in grades 6-9, in close collaboration with the relevant education authorities at national and provincial levels |
