Head of Production
The Job
- Ensure the Fresh Food production expenses are within the defined budget and achieve targets
- Monitor the hygiene and food safety in the operations, the plant and facilities and to ensure the production processes within HACCP regime and satisfactory by external audit firm
- Minimize yields lost while maintaining high quality standard on both packaging and product itself and to ensure picking and dispatching in time
- Develop and provide adequate training to subordinates
The Person
- Bachelor degree in operations, industrial engineering or commensurate experiences
- 10 years relevant working experience, 5 of which will have been at manager level
- Experience in food industry, especially in meat, seafood and produce
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent spoken, written English and Chinese
Other Information
- Work Location: Tseung Kwan O
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
