- Lead the team to operate machines in a GMP. To minimize breakdown & damage, food safety risk, health & safety risk
- Ensure the daily work schedule and planning is performed with reference to the department standard
- Leading in product development and process improvement & Machinery operation training, Trouble shooting on machinery failure
- Monitor the team members performance in relation to the job objectives. Ensure to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Any other duties and ad hoc issues as required relevant to the post, which may from time to time, be assigned by the department head
Do you have experience in Food Production?
- Higher Diploma or above in industrial engineering or Food related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ supervisory experience in Food Production, preferably from meat processing factory and manage complex/industrial machinery operations
- Strong supervisory experience and Leadership
- Strong experience in machinery operation and sense of R&D
- Fresh food products knowledge.
- Strong experience in meat processing
- Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge (will be advantage)
- Good communication skill
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
