Is this your next challenge in fresh food area?

The challenge is:

• Responsible for on-site/ In-process quality monitoring and recording
• Provide on-site sample checking of products’ quality and label information
• Perform routine sampling, recording
• Manage and advise production operations on quality monitoring and recording
• Maintain team members hygiene practice. E.g. Cleaning effectiveness of Machine and hand washing practice
• Provide training and prepare training materials and guidelines to team members
• Prepare and update of HACCP and Quality related document and records
• Follow up traceability tasks related recording
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Do you have experience in food industry?

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in food industry is preferred
• Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 and BRC is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Basic supervisory experience

Other Information

• Working Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm, 5.5 Days per week
• Work Location: Tseung Kwan O

Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
