Is this your next challenge in fresh food area?
- Responsible for on-site/ In-process quality monitoring and recording
- Perform routine sampling, recording, checking of metal detectors
- Leading on calibration of equipment, handling complaint cases and preparation of reports
- Provide training and prepare training materials and guidelines to team members
- Main leader in food safety audit & Assist in implementation and monitoring of food safety system
- Assist in develop and maintain product specification; Ensure product labels are compliance with local and export countries' food regulations
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
Do you have experience in food production?
- Higher Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in food production
- Knowledge in Food Hygiene Practice, Food Labelling Regulation and related regulation in Hong Kong & other countries
- Knowledge in HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 and BRC
- Good command of both written & spoken English
Other Information
- Working Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm OR 9:00am to 5:45pm, 5.5 Days per week
- Work Location: Tseung Kwan O
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
