Is this your next challenge in Commercial Project Management?
The challenge is to:

• To participate in any change management on the transition to new commercial operating model and ways of working, due to system/process change.
• To provide project management support for cross-streams/group projects (eg, gather and understand business challenges and requirements) and ensure that plans are aligned with other strategic initiatives
• Support various analytical assignment for pursuing business excellence and process optimization (eg, inventory movement, sales momentum)
• Working across commercial and cross-functionally to help drive change and ensure that new ways of working are embedded and continuously improved
• Ongoing tracking of range review calendar and key process steps (inc. meetings) to ensure that teams are on track v plan
• Acting as a key point of contact / process partner to ensure that supporting teams feed into the process according to plan and that risks / issues are raised and quickly resolved
• Managing cross-functional execution meetings by preparing and consolidating supporting analysis, pursuing follow-up actions and leading discussions
• Supporting the construction and continuous improvement of Commercial processes, tools and learning & development material
• Working cross-functionally to provide project management support for cross-streams/group projects due to any system/process change

Do you have experience in Operation optimization?

• Degree holder

• 3-4 years project management experience, preferably in retail industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools

• Effective communication and presentation skills a must

• Key attributes: open to change, analytical, self-motivated, willing to take ownership of tasks, able to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent streams of work
