- Manage the performance of counters by operators by stores by types, counter operations & executions, food safety execution and sales maximization
- Monitor and manage Concession performance as well as to provide training to optimize the total counter business
- Provide managerial support to store operations, including promotion plan, marketing plan and finance report to top management
- Provide direction and co-work with food safety team to ensure operators strict adherence to operating standards in respect to food safety and quality, productivity, and health and safety
- Review and evaluate processes and procedures including the identification and implementation of efficiencies and cost saving measures
- Store visits are required
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities to increase sales and profit
- Maintain awareness of industry, competition and market conditions and leverage current customer relationships to develop new business opportunities
- Participate in designing counter presentation and layout
- Sourcing potential RTE concessionaire operators
- Product and people development
Do you have experience in Category Management?
- Degree holder in Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant experience in catering/ retail-chain counters management (prefer in supermarket business)
- Strong commitment to food quality excellence and proficient in cost and budgetary controls
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
