Is this your next challenge in Fresh Food Category Management?
The challenge is to:
- To deliver customer centric ranges for the diverse Upscale customer profile, tailoring the strategy, range & offer to suit the various store customer demographic groups
- To work with & maintain relationships with Current & New suppliers to deliver the best customer offer & with the best possible commercial terms
- To be able to work cross functionally with the Wellcome Category Management team to align on category priorities for Upscale and to support them with recommendations for improvements to range, innovations promotions & business performance
- To manage multiple categories across Fresh Food departments and work with lots of cross functional stakeholders in order to deliver your plans
- Build, Lead & Develop range strategy for Upscale Fresh Food
- Support the sourcing of product and be responsible for protecting product Availability needs for the upscale business
- Support & drive the Fresh food innovation for the store transformation & renovation rollout plans
Do you have experience in Food Merchandising?
- University graduate or tertiary education
- Minimum 5 years retail merchandising experience
- Good influencing and negotiation skill
- Analytical, creative, customer focused, open to change, well planned and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and people management skill
- Good communication skill and good command of English and Chinese
- Knowledge of category management
- Candidates with Fresh food experience including Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Seafood, perishable, dairy or agricultural industrial will be an advantage
