Is this your next challenge in Production Management?

• Ensure all produce packing and order picking are at correct set standard to meet customer satisfaction
• Monitor the work processes of direct reports to achieve maximum productivity
• Liaise with food safety team to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
• Enforces health and safety procedures to minimize risk to team members and company assets
• Manage packaging for each process run to mitigate inconsistencies ensure quality checks are performed on finished items by relevant team members
• Lead and monitor team member training and ensure all are aware of their obligations   
• Asist in compiling periodic reports in relation to departmental performance
• Deputize for Senior Duty Manager Packing in absence ensuring continual smooth operation

Do you have experience in Fresh Food Packing Production?

• Diploma or above preferable in food sciences or related disciplines
• Min.5 years’ experience in managing fresh food packing production facility
• Good knowledge of safety standards (ISO/ HACCP) requirements will be required
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
• Good people management and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
• Hands on MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
