- Responsible to production team performance and operations
- Lead production team to operate machines in a good manufacturing practice and minimize breakdown & damage of machines
- Monitor machinery operation training and troubleshooting on machinery failure
- Lead in product development and process improvement
- Manage health & safety risk and food safety risk
- Ensure daily work planning and schedule are performed under department’s standard
- Monitor the team members performance in relation to the job objectives
- Ensure works and products are complied to company policies, procedures and specifications
- Inventory management
- Any other duties and ad hoc issues assigned by the department head
Do you have experience in food production or industrial machinery operations?
- Obtained F.5 or Higher Diploma in industrial engineering or related disciplines or above
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in food production, preferably from meat processing factory and experience in managing complex / industrial machinery operations
- Strong experience in machinery operation and meat processing
- Good sense of research and development
- Good communication, writing & reading skills

- Work Location: Tseung Kwan O
Free shuttle service will be provided at Tuen Mun, Kwai Chung, Shatin, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, North Point and Aberdeen to facilitate transportation to Tseung Kwan O.
