| The Department of Surgery at the University of Florida is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Craniofacial Plastic Surgeon to join our Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Rank and tenure status will be determined based on education and experience, and this position will be tenure track or multi-mission track depending upon applicant interests. Specific training or experience in pediatric craniofacial surgery is required. Other preferred clinical skillsets include facial trauma, general pediatric reconstruction, facial/scalp reconstruction, and/or facial aesthetics. This new physician will join a group of plastic surgeons with a reputation of excellence in patient care working within a state-of-the-art academic medical center with excellent support and a focus on improving pediatric healthcare. UF Health has a dedicated interdisciplinary pediatric craniofacial center that is a regional referral site for children with cleft lip and palate, craniosynostosis, vascular anomalies, and other craniofacial conditions.
The Division of Plastic Surgery has a long-standing commitment to trainee education, and the new surgeon will be actively involved in the integrated residency and independent fellowship training programs. |
