| This position serves as one of the Career Advisors for the Levin College of Law. The Assistant Director and Advisor assumes leadership for coordination and delivery of advising for students and graduates of the College of Law. | This position is based within the genomics research team led by Dr. Guoshuai Cai in the Department of Surgery and Dr. Feifei Xiao in the Department of Biostatistics, in collaboration with the Sepsis and Critical Illness Research Center (SCIRC) at the University of Florida (UF). The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to contribute to large-scale clinical studies and to apply and develop state-of-the-art analytical methods and computational pipelines for diverse data modalities, including transcriptomics (e.g., single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics), chromatin accessibility (e.g., ATAC-seq), protein–DNA interactions (e.g., CUT&Tag), and integrative multi-omics datasets. |
