The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine is seeking enthusiastic and qualified applicants to fill the MGR, Healthcare Administration position. The manager serves as a key component of the Divisions administrative team. Primary responsibilities are to complete administrative tasks across the tri-partisan mission including faculty compensation plan analysis & ad hoc reporting, budgetary preparation, variance reporting, clinical operations and human resource assignments. Additionally, this role is responsible for the day to day operations of the Pulmonary Administrative Office and serves as the supervisor of 5 TEAMS level employees. We are seeking an engaging, professional, and highly responsible individual for this role. Your ability to work autonomously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in diverse situations is crucial.
