The Manager for Experiential Learning role is crucial in supporting the University of Florida’s commitment to career development and post-graduation outcomes for UF students. The Marketing and Communications Specialist II manages the production of communications in accordance with strategic priorities for the Career and Integrated Partnership portfolio. Departments within this portfolio include the Career Connections Center, Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars, the Brown Center for Leadership and Services, and Talent Management for the Division of Student Life. Duties include participating in planning marketing materials for assigned units by identifying communication needs based on relevant research. This position will structure communications campaigns to achieve long-term and short-term organizational goals using digital and traditional channels. The Marketing and Communications Specialist II will observe trends relevant to the offices within the portfolio that might affect the organization and make recommendations to enhance the organization's image based on those trends.
