This position works closely with faculty, staff, and production teams to promote School of Theatre + Dance productions and events.
The position assists with the creation of social media content, photography and videography, graphic design, promotional campaigns, and audience outreach. Whenever possible, this position will also assist with special marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts for school productions, academic programs, and SoTD special events.
The position may also serve as a backup House Manager during School of Theatre + Dance performances and special events, assisting with patron services, audience seating, and other front-of-house operations.
A successful candidate will have Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility; demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills; possess an interest in marketing, communications, theatre, dance, or arts administration; and work independently as well as collaboratively.

We invite applications from scholars of European history across all periods, including medieval, early modern, and modern, and from a broad range of methodological perspectives. Preference will be given to candidates whose research situates Europe within interregional, transregional, Mediterranean, and global contexts, complementing the department’s existing strengths in Atlantic history and the histories of the British and Spanish empires.
Areas of specialization may include, but are not limited to, European empires (from the Middle Ages to the present); colonialism; migration and displacement; law and society; the circulation of ideas and cultural practices.
