| This candidate will work with several faculty members and associated staff in The Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine and the University of Florida Diabetes Institute (UFDI) on components of the state funded project known as Diabetes STEPS (Screening, Treatment, Education, Prevention, Support). The incumbent in this position will serve as the primary lead for data warehousing,management, and establishing analysis pipelines and will act as a liaison between leadership and technical
staff to align project milestones with the programs broader strategic goals. As such, they will design and manage data projects and staff in collaboration with a network of STEPS affiliated clinics and laboratories.
The incumbent will also interface with various genomics and tissue-image data platforms to ensure accurate processing and reporting of sequencing, imaging, and other multivariate datasets. The incumbent will also be expected to make recommendations to improve institutional data management and reporting. They will participates
